PHP includes and RSS 2.0

I have installed WordPress on the library’s web server and I have been playing around with it. I am currently using MovableType for the library news blog, and I use php includes to put content from the blog on the library’s home page.

I think that the structured blogging pluggin for WordPress, could be useful for standardizing the way event entries appear on the blog, and on the homepage. I use Dreamweaver MX 2004 to edit the library site, and I found a dreamweaver extension that allows RSS information to be easily added to a website. The only problem is that I am not able to include pictures from posts. Here is an example of my first attempt, notice that the entry “cool pic” has no picture. In the RSS file, images are contained in tags and the extension has no such field. I don’t know enough about PHP to figure it out on my own. I have tried using zfeeder, and php includes, but I get a weird result. All of the entries are duplicated, see this example.

Does anyone know an easy way for me to get my RSS 2.0 feed to display with pictures on my php page? Any advice would be appreciated!
